Public Exercise and Wellness Classes:
The Balance Disorders Institute proudly offers group balance exercise classes. Classes are low cost and generally open to the public. Class locations, times and scheduling may change. Please email us at: mike@balancetherapy.com if you would like a current schedule. Balance Challenge™ is our community-based exercise program for most types of balance problems and is recommended for men and women 50+. Fun, energizing group evidence-based exercises are taught to great music with a wide variety of activities. Classes are designed to: Improve balance, strength and posture, as well as increase flexibility, walking skills and vestibular performance. Exercises include: Tai Chi & Yoga, Fall prevention, Cardio & strengthening, Vestibular exercises, Gait training, and Core stability.
